Good for them. The President already has a time slot during which he preempts normally programming. It’s called the annual State of the Union address. 100 days, 100 schmays. I have not been impressed with either party with their track record within the first 100 days. Why? Both have taken that time post-election to ram through dubious legislation in an effort to show people they’re getting stuff done. Know what would impress me? Taking the first 100 days to trim laws off the books, downsize government, axe horrible legislation and programs. IE, do something the politicians can never seem to do. Show some balls and do something good for the country instead of doing good for their powerbase.
